Canada boasts that it is a country that believes in the equality for everyone, however, this is not the case when it comes to the Canadian judicial system. The legal game that is played with the Canadian judicial system is entirely dependent on the individual or business’s Financial Resources, the more wealth that one has the better legal representations one receives, whether it is, criminal law, civil law, property law, contract law or administrative law. Those without the financial resources cannot get fair and inadequate representation in the courts, they are forced either to unconditionally accept the decision of the court without representation, or they have to represent themselves without the understanding of how the judicial system works and how to communicate with the judicial system.
The Jenn Wambolt, is a case that clearly exemplifies the failure of the Canadian judicial system when it comes to those who cannot afford proper representation. To fully understand the circumstances surrounding Jenn’s fight with the judicial system tune in to await radio this evening, Friday May 2nd 2014 at 9:00 PM Atlantic standard time.
