Launch of Mayworks Fredericton Festival of Working People and the Arts
FREDERICTON – Media and the public are invited to join the Fredericton District Labour Council for the launch of the second annual Mayworks Fredericton: Festival of Working People and the Arts. More than a dozen artists will come together during this 10-day festival celebrating and recognizing the history and struggle of the working people of New Brunswick through visual arts, culinary arts, music, film, theatre, dance and poetry.

Location: Fredericton Public Library (Chickadee Hall)
The launch will include The Workers’ Art Exhibit as well as live music from Kelly Waterhouse.
